Keith Marshall is the President of the Board of Directors at Industrial Emergency Council. He has been a board member since 2010 and is a former instructor for the council in Fire Prevention and Fire Investigation. Additionally, Keith has served as a Fire Technology Instructor at the College of San Mateo for over 30 years and is currently the Fire Control Technology Director, managing the program. He also worked as a Fire Protection Consultant for the City of South San Francisco and as an Assistant Chief/Fire Marshal for the City of Burlingame. Keith holds a Bachelor of Vocational Education from CSU Long Beach.
