Rupesh Patel is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as the Vice-President of Engineering & Analysis at BlueForge Alliance since February 2024, Rupesh previously held key leadership roles, including Head of Process Engineering at Qarbon Aerospace, where Rupesh significantly contributed to sales growth and profitability, and Senior Director of Quality & Production Engineering at Triumph Group, where Rupesh managed a large technical workforce and facilitated a comprehensive business restructuring. Additional experience includes positions at GKN Aerospace, Zodiac Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Curtiss Wright Flight Systems, United Defense, L.P., and Naberhaus Associates, Inc., demonstrating a continuous trajectory of leadership and technical expertise in manufacturing and engineering processes. Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati and additional certifications in Computer Aided Design & Drafting.
