James Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hazardous materials instruction and analysis. Currently serving as a Principal Analyst at Savannah River National Laboratory since November 2021, James has also held the position of Hazardous Materials Instructor at both the Industrial Emergency Council and the California Specialized Training Institute since 2013 and 2015, respectively. James's earlier career includes a notable tenure as a Police Officer and Hazardous Materials Technician/Specialist at a Police Department from May 2003 to December 2021. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from UCLA, earned between 1999 and 2002.
