Michael Johnson is an experienced banking professional with a focus on commercial lending and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Closer at Industrial Bank since February 2022 and as an Ops Associate V in Commercial Documentation Preparation at M&T Bank since December 2018, Michael has developed expertise in documenting commercial loan transactions across multiple states. With a background as a Loan Support Specialist that commenced in January 2016, Michael contributed significantly to a community bank's new lending team by verifying customer information and preparing loan documents. Michael's extensive experience also includes a decade at 1st Mariner Bank in compliance administration, ensuring adherence to various lending regulations.
