Pandu Novella Prastika Utomo has worked at Daya Dimensi Indonesia since 2019. They started as a Learning Transformation Analyst from July 2019 to August 2021. Then, they worked in Product Operations from September 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Prior to joining Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Pandu completed a Financial Analyst Internship at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in July and August 2017.

Pandu Novella Prastika Utomo completed a bootcamp in Quality Assurance at Binar Academy in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Padjadjaran, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Before attending university, Pandu attended SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta from 2011 to 2014, focusing on social sciences. They also acquired additional certifications, including Quality Assurance from Binar Academy in November 2022, Targeted Selection Interview (TSI) from DDI | Development Dimensions International in March 2022, and Positive Atmosphere: How Organizational Learning Drives Positive Change from Skillsoft in March 2021.
