Jordi Sans is an experienced software engineering professional with a robust background in both management and development. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Redarbor since November 2018, Jordi specializes in C# development within a Human Capital Management solution, utilizing full-stack capabilities in a Standard MVC architecture. Previously, Jordi held the position of Engineering Manager at Schibsted Spain, overseeing technical operations for vibbo.com and milanuncios, as well as serving as a Tech Lead, focusing on alignment and people management within a product team. Jordi's earlier experience includes web development at anuntis and intranet development for the Ajuntament de Sitges, with foundational education obtained at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2005 to 2008.
