Srinivas Madabusi currently serves as Chief International Business and New Initiatives at Indira IVF Group since July 2020, and has held director roles at Indira IVF Clinic Nepal Private Limited and Indira IVF Bangladesh Limited since August 2022. Prior experience includes Director Specialities in Fertility & Oncology at Merck Specialities Private Limited from July 2015 to July 2020, and various leadership positions within Merck Group, including Director Marketing for the Global Fertility Franchise. Earlier roles include national sales leadership at Organon and regional sales management at both Alembic Limited and SANOFI. Srinivas Madabusi holds an E-MBA in General Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, a PGDMM in Marketing Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and a B.Sc. in Microbiology, Zoology, and Chemistry from Nagpur University.
