Janice also has experience in sales consulting, having worked as the Principal at JMS Sales Consulting. Janice provided sales coaching and strategy development to help increase revenue and build sales structures for clients.

Earlier in their career, Janice held leadership roles at EF Educational Tours, where they led sales, established an onboarding program, and achieved record-breaking sales. Janice also worked at WE and Me to We, where they held various roles related to trips and international travel.

Janice S. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Classics from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2001 to 2006. Janice then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from SDA Bocconi in 2015.
