Milan Chang is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a substantial background in the technology and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Director for North Asia at Micron Technology since April 2017, Milan leads teams in Taiwan and China to address comprehensive hiring needs at all levels. Previous roles include Talent Advisor at Intel Corporation, where support was provided for Sales and Marketing hiring across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan, and HR Manager at Acer, where the first internship program and global applicant tracking system were initiated. Additional experience includes senior consulting roles in the HR sector, focusing on management hiring in the Asia Pacific region. Milan holds a Master of Arts in Education from Michigan State University and completed an undergraduate degree at National Taiwan University.
