Lee Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Indico Data, where they played a vital role in implementing the Intelligent Intake Solution, which enables data-driven decision-making at enterprise scale.

Prior to that, they held a position at Plato, where they managed internal operations, including Salesforce implementation and migration, sales operations, IT support, device management, procurement, and application management. Lee was responsible for various tasks such as migrating sales data to Salesforce, optimizing software and contract renewals, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing daily IT support for a team of 75 people.

Before Plato, Lee served as a Senior Product Manager at Optomi Professional Services, where they contributed to the product management function.

Lee also has a substantial tenure at Accenture, where they held two roles. As a Senior Manager, they provided leadership in project management and technology implementation. Prior to that, they served as a Technology Advisory Manager, specializing in Intelligent Automation.

Furthermore, Lee gained valuable experience at Bank of America, where they held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Lee worked as a Vice President and Process Design Consultant, implementing continuous process improvements. Lee also served as a Workflow Coordinator, Data Entry Operator, and Instructor during their time there.

Lee Jacobs completed an Associate's degree in Business Management from Griffin Technical College from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. In addition to their degrees, Lee also obtained a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Bank of America in January 2014.
