Carel Gouws is an experienced technology professional, currently serving as the Director of ITAM Customer Success at SHI International Corp. since March 2024. Previously, Carel held multiple senior director roles at Snow Software from May 2008 to March 2024, including Senior Director of Enterprise Customer Success and Senior Director of Customer Success for North America, focusing on optimizing software management solutions. Earlier in the career, Carel worked as the Director of Professional Services for UKI & MEA at First Rand STI Administration and as a Senior Enterprise Architect at Dimension Data. Carel's career began as a Software Engineer at Fulcrum Information Technology and includes a strong foundation in IT support and analysis at M-Web. Carel holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Pretoria.
