Rita Taylor is an experienced educator currently serving as an educator at the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation since August 2021 and as a member organizer for the Indiana State Teachers Association since June 2022, where responsibilities include recruiting and supporting educators. Previously, Rita held the role of Director of Student Ministries at the Church of the Harvest Evansville from February 2011 to April 2021, focusing on curriculum development and budget oversight. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Solutions Supervisor at OneMain Financial, where Rita managed employee performance and collaborated with IT to improve workflow, and working at AT&T in various quality assurance roles, where initiatives like the ACE Callback Program were developed. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Education and Outreach Specialist at MOCSA, conducting workshops and supervising volunteer teams. Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavior Science from Ashford University and a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and Specialized Ministries from Cornerstone of Faith.
