Cayman L. is a dedicated conservation professional with diverse experience in environmental protection and ecological restoration. Currently serving as a Conservation Horticulturist and Lead Restoration Technician at Catalina Island Conservancy, Cayman L. coordinates interns and volunteers for invasive plant management and native plant monitoring. Previous roles include an internship at Alachua County BOCC where Cayman L. contributed to the development of a climate action plan, and various field technician positions that involved hands-on environmental work, including at the University of Florida's Blueberry Breeding and Genomics Lab and Alachua Conservation Trust. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Celebration High School.
