Rick Flowers is an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in healthcare technology. Currently overseeing IT infrastructure at Indiana Spine Group since August 2020, Rick has led the technical implementation of various systems, including Cerner CommunityWorks, while managing helpdesk support and network infrastructures. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at Vital Incite, where database administration and network management were key responsibilities, and multiple IT positions at Indiana Spine Group, American Health Network, and Eye Center Group, focusing on systems administration, business intelligence, and database optimization. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Ball State University, attained between 1997 and 2003.
