Velkumar Subburaj is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on wind energy operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer in the Wind Energy O&M division at Kandenko Co Ltd since March 2020, Velkumar specializes in wind turbine operations, major blade repairs, and technical troubleshooting. Prior experience includes roles as a Wind Turbine Engineer and Advance Blade Engineer at Vestas from November 2006 to July 2019, where expertise was gained in various turbine models and blade repair. Velkumar began a career as a Junior Engineer at Suzlon Wind Energy Limited, contributing to operations and maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from PRIST University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Tanapandian Polytechnic College.
