Peter Sarne is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as IPG Controller at Independence Pet Group since October 2022, Peter previously held the position of Vice President, Corporate Controller at Lovesac, where responsibilities included leading the Accounting Team and collaborating with business leaders and auditors on financial strategies. Peter's extensive experience also includes roles at SiriusPoint as Senior Vice President and Group Controller, overseeing SEC reporting and SOX controls, as well as positions in financial reporting and accounting management at TMF Group, SCOR, MMA Realty Capital, AXA Financial, and The MONY Group. Peter holds a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College.
