Andy Marsh has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Andy currently holds the position of Director - Operations and Programmes at Incora since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Pattonair for six years, starting as a Projects Manager in 2009 and eventually becoming the General Manager. At Pattonair, they also held the positions of Head Of Supply Chain and Group Functional Lead - Operations. Prior to Pattonair, Andy worked at DHL Supply Chain, where they held roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Inplant Operations Manager.

Andy Marsh obtained a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Derby, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Coventry University from 2001 to 2003 but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
