Hanno Septer currently serves as the Group Sourcing Lead at Incap since August 2022 and has been a Council Member at the Estonian Electronics Industries Association since June 2010. Prior to these roles, Hanno held various positions at Arrow Electronics Estonia from September 1993 to August 2022, including General Manager, Sales Director, and Field Sales Representative. Hanno's educational background includes an EMBA in Economics from Estonian Business School (1995-1997) and an MBA in Computers and Computer Networks from Tallinn Technical University (1988-1993).
