Maria Chao has extensive HR leadership experience, currently serving as Head of HR at Gogoro since February 2015, where the focus is on innovation in energy for smart cities. Prior roles include Vice President at Banmu Architecture and Design from March 2013 to October 2014, Director of Global HR at Trend Micro from September 2004 to February 2013, and Director of HR at SAP from June 1997 to August 2004. Earlier in the career, Maria Chao worked as a Flight Attendant at Cathay Pacific Airways from July 1987 to August 1994.
