Quentin Braet is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Engineering Lead and Architecture Lead at In The Pocket since November 2014, Quentin has also held the position of Lead Solution Architect for Payconiq By Bancontact, where responsibilities included architectural discovery tracks and coaching other architects. Prior to this, Quentin worked as a Solution Architect for Team IoT, contributing to significant projects such as Harald and Samsonite. Earlier roles included Mobile Developer and a PhD researcher focused on an automated monitoring system for IoT at iMinds - WiCa - UGent. Quentin has also co-founded NiteOwl, a startup focused on nightlife solutions, and served as Head Youthworker at 't VeePee Lovendegem, overseeing youthwork coordination. Educational credentials include a Leadership Transition Programme from Vlerick Business School and a degree from Ghent University.
