Terrence K. began their career as a Congressional Page for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2009. Terrence then transitioned to the National Security Agency in 2016 as an Intelligence Analyst. Terrence later joined the National Security Council at The White House in 2018 as Deputy Chief of Intelligence before moving back to the National Security Agency in 2020. At the NSA, they served as Chief of Operations and Deputy Chief within the Cybersecurity Directorate. In 2023, Terrence took on the role of Director of Mission Partnerships at In-Q-Tel.
Terrence K. attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
