Samantha Santaniello-Lawrence currently serves as the Head of Platform for Go-To-Market, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships at MassMutual Ventures, the venture arm of MassMutual Financial Group, overseeing $1 billion in investment capital focused on software companies in fintech, enterprise SaaS, and cybersecurity sectors. Prior to this role, Samantha held positions as Vice President of Growth at macro-eyes and Vice President of Market Intelligence at Point72 Asset Management. Early in the career, Samantha worked as a Litigation Paralegal at The Lanier Law Firm and as a Research Assistant for Islands First. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies from Wesleyan University, a DipWSET in Wine Steward/Sommelier, and a Data Analytics certification from General Assembly, alongside an overseas program in International Relations at the University of Otago.
