Blake McMillan has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Starting in 1996, McMillan worked as a Software Packaging and Distribution Consultant at Exxon Mobil, where they were responsible for packaging and deploying software and providing support. At Fenway Group, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Scrum Master, improving transparency and coaching teams. McMillan also served as a Scrum Master at Toyota North America, implementing improvements and facilitating workshops. Blake then became a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org and a Professional Kanban Trainer at ProKanban.org, where they offered training and facilitated classes.
