Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led technological advancements and supported decentralized infrastructure initiatives. Micha's expertise extends to serving as a Foundation Board member and CTO for Share&Charge, as well as contributing to several advisory roles in blockchain and fintech sectors. Micha holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
