Location

This role will be a hybridwork format, with time split between working remotely and working onsite from our New York office, 2-3 days a week as required by the manager.

The Role

We are looking for a talented, multi-disciplinary marketer who has the ability to drive both high-performing acquisition and customer engagement marketing plans across our card programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a well-rounded marketing background to ensure Imprint’s growth and success. This is a highly visible role because your contributions will fundamentally impact business results.

Your Day-to-Day

As a leader on the Marketing Team, you will work collaboratively with card program general managers, product managers, designers, and external partners on a variety of marketing initiatives:

  • Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies for assigned co-brand card programs, with scope ranging across acquisition and customer engagement
  • Synthesize consumer trends, marketplace reviews, customer insights, and marketing best practices to build and deliver high-impact marketing
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs and tactics that fit within the budget
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaign execution by partnering with creative teams, external agencies / partner marketing teams, and vendors
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving desired KPIs (including impact on acquisition, lifetime value, and retention as relevant)
  • Propose analytical and research projects to generate deeper insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Review existing marketing programs for improvement opportunities within budget constraints
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing strategies, tactics, budgets, and results

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of developing multi-channel marketing plans and executing successful campaigns
  • Experience marketing across the customer lifecycle, utilizing both “mid-funnel” and direct response channels/tactics
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives, balancing speed and quality of execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with adapting content & communication styles to influence executive stakeholders and external partners
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating with autonomy to drive results
  • A collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Comfort with using Business Intelligence dashboards to review marketing performance, uncover insights, and drive improvement actions
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) a plus
  • Experience in a regulated industry, especially financial services a plus

Annual salary range: $120k -$180k based on experience and competitive equity package
