The Email Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of email, SMS, and web push marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth for VICI. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Creative, and Site, ensuring all campaigns align with VICI’s 360 calendar and meet retention goals. The Email Marketing Manager will focus on data-driven strategies while continuously optimizing performance through A/B testing and campaign analysis.   Essential Functions: ·        Own the full email and SMS marketing planning and executing, ensuring campaigns align with VICI’s 360 calendar, including product, promo, and content timelines. ·        Manage the planning, creation, and execution of email and SMS campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing, in line with VICI’s brand tone and style. ·        Utilize Klaviyo to build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, ensuring seamless and accurate execution. ·        Develop creative briefs for retention channels, select products to feature in email assets with an eye for trends and storytelling, and partner with designers to create visually appealing and on-brand email assets. ·        Optimize customer segmentation, personalization, and automation flows to drive higher engagement and conversions and to support growth in our active customer file. ·        Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and A/B testing results. ·        Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging across email, SMS, and other retention channels, aligning with broader marketing efforts. ·        Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools to ensure VICI’s email marketing strategy remains innovative and effective. ·        Develop new processes and efficiencies in the email production process. ·        Support in in executing and optimizing Loyalty Program initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.   Competencies: ·        You should be a continually curious self-starter with a track record of leading fast moving agile projects. ·        A demonstrated passion for content strategy and optimization within complex high growth environments. ·        Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with designers and cross-functional teams. ·        Expertise in Klaviyo (or similar ESP) and strong understanding of email marketing automation and segmentation.  Deep understanding of email & SMS analytics with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. ·        High attention to detail, especially in managing complex, segmented campaigns and testing processes.  Content strategy and optimization experience, bonus points for copywriting experience. ·        Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly in retail or e-commerce. ·        Bias for action. Proactive self-starter, able to identify and implement improvements in email marketing efforts. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: ·        Regularly sit and stand ·        Use hands, fingers, and arms to use computers and other office equipment ·        Use hands, fingers, and arms to lift, squeeze, pinch, grab products/items/supplies ·        Reach up, across, or down to retrieve products and supplies ·        See, talk, and hear ·        Occasionally required to move or lift up to 20 pounds   Qualifications, Education and Experience: ·        3-5+ years of email marketing experience with consumer brands. ·        BA/BS in business, marketing, analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).   Expected Hours of Work: FT / Hybrid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, in Walnut Creek office
