Kenneth Groom is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at IMPLAN, where responsibilities include partnering with academic clients for comprehensive support. As the Founder of Beyond Normal Media, Kenneth highlights the journeys of Black startup founders through podcasts and content creation.
