Swati Vasal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and consulting within the software industry. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at o9 Solutions, Inc. since October 2019, Vasal has also held positions as Senior Director and Director in the same domain. Prior to this, a significant tenure at JDA Software from July 2008 to June 2019 included roles such as Director of Consulting, where Vasal was pivotal in expanding business efforts in EMEA and APAC, optimizing fiscal planning, and driving strategic initiatives for revenue growth. Earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at i2 Technologies involved designing and implementing solutions for high-profile global clients. Vasal holds a PGDIT in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad and a B.Tech in Computer Science from The Technological Institute of Textiles and Sciences.
