Tony Ennis has a diverse work experience in the sales and financial industry. Tony started their career as a Sales Management Trainee and Telemarketing Sales Representative at Jostens in 1995. Tony then held various roles at Jostens, including Regional Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager, College Sales Representative, Product Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Director of National Account Sales and Merchandising, Director of National Sales and Merchandising, and Director of College Sales and Marketing. Tony was later promoted to National Director of Memory Book Sales and College Division, overseeing a $340 million business unit.
In 2013, Tony founded Orion Sales Performance, a strategic sales performance firm. Tony also served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Orange Tree Employment Screening, where they developed an enterprise sales and marketing capability. Tony later joined Thrivent Financial as a Financial Associate and then worked at IMPAX Sales Performance, initially as a Consultant and then as the Vice President of Business Development.
Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, business development, sales coaching, and team leadership.
Tony Ennis attended St. Cloud State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. In 2003, they briefly attended the University of St. Thomas for a Mini Masters of Marketing Management, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Prior to their university education, Tony Ennis completed their high school education at Jefferson Senior High School from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Tony Ennis obtained several certifications throughout their career, including IMPAX NxtGenâ„¢ Selling from IMPAX Sales Performance, Resident Insurance Producer from the State of Minnesota, Series 66 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and Series 7, also from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
