Soneyet Muhammad is currently a Board Member at Impact, and has previously served as Director of Community Engagement at Clarifi and as Director, Workforce & Economic Inclusion at Drexel University. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Clarion Partners LLC.

Soneyet has always been passionate about community engagement and economic inclusion. At Clarifi, they worked to build financial wellness, entrepreneurship, workforce development, digital literacy, and adult education programs in underserved communities. At Drexel, they transformed the university's economic inclusion strategy, developing partnerships between academic and administrative units and local community members. Soneyet also successfully secured over $500,000 in funding for Drexel's economic mobility programs from state grants, corporate philanthropy, and foundation grants.

Soneyet's work has had a lasting positive impact on the Philadelphia community. Through their efforts, thousands of residents have gained access to financial education, job training, and other resources that have helped them to achieve economic stability. Soneyet is committed to continue working to create opportunities for all members of the community to reach their full potential.
