Mike Pasterick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health solutions and corporate benefits management. Currently serving as the Northeast Region Practice Leader at Aon since May 2013, Mike has held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Capital and Richmond Markets Health Solutions. Mike's expertise encompasses program management for multimillion-dollar client portfolios, consulting, benefits valuation, and vendor negotiation. Additionally, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Nonprofit Advancement and held previous roles at Benefits Network Inc. as Director of Operations and Regional Sales Director, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance service offerings and revenue streams. Mike holds an MBA from The University of Georgia and degrees in Economics and German from Penn State University.
