Shailesh U is a seasoned product manager and decision science leader with substantial experience in analytics, currently employed at Impact Analytics since July 2020. Prior to this, Shailesh U held various roles at Mu Sigma Inc. from June 2014 to March 2020, including apprentice leader and decision scientist. Key accomplishments include managing end-to-end analytics programs for retail and consumer packaged goods clients, enhancing customer retention by 15 percentage points through advanced analytics in email marketing, and developing a motor claim fraud detection system that saved A$5 million for Australia's largest insurer.
