Hugues Franc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, and leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Immer Executive since July 2024, Hugues specializes in enhancing team dynamics. As Co-Founder of Humpact from April 2020 to June 2024, Hugues developed a rating agency focused on measuring the social policy and employment impact of European companies. Hugues also held a key role on the Raise Orientation Committee from 2015 to 2022 and founded Beeleev between April 2015 and April 2020, building a global network of entrepreneurs. Previously, Hugues was the Founder and Manager of Réseau Entreprendre Paris from 1997 to 2012, establishing a vast network of CEOs to support budding entrepreneurs. Hugues began a professional career at Capgemini as a Strategy Consultant and at BULL SA in Business Development. Hugues holds a degree from HEC Lausanne.
