Adam Swash has extensive experience in strategic leadership and innovation, currently serving as Director of Distributed Ledger Technology Programmes and Director of Corporate Venturing Programmes at Centre for Business Innovation Limited since June 2015. Additionally, Adam is a Director at Value Adage Ltd and co-founder of Pineapple Sustainable Partnerships, while also holding roles as a Senior Associate at The Work Foundation and MMarket Solutions. Adam's prior experience includes external advisory and interim CEO roles at WORKing for YOUth, as well as serving on the Project Board for the £38 million Credit Union Expansion Project at the Department for Work and Pensions. Adam began a career in strategy and research at Experian, culminating in a tenure as Head of Strategy & Research until December 2014. Adam's academic background includes studies at UCL and Winchester College.
