Athena Tripodis is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent strategy. Currently serving as Principal Talent Consultant at KRT Collective since June 2023, Athena also holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Immaculate Flight, a role started in August 2021. Previous experience includes Senior Talent Strategy Leader at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2019 to August 2021, and Sr Corporate Recruiter at Scope Services, Inc. from July 2017 to January 2019. Athena has also worked as Branch Recruitment Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. from March 2015 to July 2017 and contributed to family-owned Dino's Restaurant from June 2007 to March 2015. Athena Tripodis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Management from Indiana University South Bend between 2003 and 2007 and holds professional certifications including SHRM-TASC and ASA-CSP.
