Kayla Arthur is an accomplished founder of BOH Creative since January 2023 and serves as a Junior Account Manager and Project Manager at IMI Agency since September 2023. Previously, Kayla held the position of Interim F&B Director and Project Manager at Study Hotels from June to September 2023. Between January and June 2022, Kayla was Director of Operations for the Midwest at C3 by sbe, overseeing pre-opening activities for various culinary venues before being laid off. Kayla also served as Director of Operations at the David Rubenstein Forum and General Manager of F&B at Moxy Hotels, contributing significantly to pre-opening efforts. Earlier in the career, roles included Assistant Director of F&B at the Kimpton Gray Hotel and various management positions at theWit Hotel Chicago and Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, demonstrating a strong background in food and beverage operations and management. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing & Management from The Art Institutes.
