Maggie Lees has work experience in various roles and industries. Maggie started their career in 2015 as an Entertainer at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. In 2016, they worked as a Production Assistant at the Wellesley Repertory Theatre and then joined Ford's Colony Country Club as a Server, where they worked until 2019. In 2017, they also held the position of Work Study Theater Assistant at Wellesley College. In 2018, they became an Assistant Stage Manager at the Wellesley Repertory Theatre. In 2019, they worked as a Server at Paul's Deli and Neighborhood Restaurant and Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined IMG-Crown as a Data Analyst.

Maggie Lees obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater and Mathematics from Wellesley College. Maggie attended Wellesley College from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, in 2014 to 2015, they studied Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts at the University of Miami.
