Hong D. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation and Performance Program Manager and X-Digi Programme Manager at Shell since June 2010, with prior experience as Finance Manager for North America Exploration and Exploration Finance Representative for Latin America. In addition, Hong D. co-founded Studio X in January 2020, an open innovation studio powered by Shell that focuses on developing products to transform the future of work in exploration. Hong D. holds an MBA from Cardean University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston.
