Matthew Panton is an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial management and retail operations. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Image Insight since July 2019, Matthew focuses on financial analysis and maximizing revenue while ensuring excellent guest experiences. Previously, as Games and Photography Manager at Merlin Entertainments plc from July 2018 to July 2019, and in various roles including Head of Retail at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort from May 2008 to July 2019, Matthew oversaw multiple diverse retail stores, enhancing product offerings and customer engagement. Matthew holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2008.
