Luis Angel Hernández has three years of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Commercial Support Executive at Papercup and as a Peer Advisor at the University of Southampton. In 2017, they completed a Marketing Internship at Cambridge Mask Co. At Papercup, they also held the role of Quality Assurance Associate, where they were responsible for assuring the highest level of quality in translations from English to Spanish, reviewing and correcting AI generated audio within the company tool, and providing constant feedback to the software development team in order to improve the platform.

Luis Angel Hernández has an educational background consisting of four schools. From 2013 to 2018, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they earned a Licenciatura in Marketing. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Hull to study Issues and Banking. In 2016, they began attending Okayama Prefectural University for Product Design. Finally, in 2018, they completed their Master of Science in Management at the University of Southampton.
