Zafar A B is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in CRM solutions and software development. Currently serving as a Senior CRM Consultant/Developer at ilum:e informatik AG since July 2021, Zafar A B specializes in migrating legacy Dynamics CRM systems to Dynamics 365 and enhancing business logic through workflows, plugins, and advanced data migration techniques.
