Michael Pettingill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery, customer support, real estate, and property management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Syntax and a Customer Support Manager at ILLUMITI, Michael manages operational aspects of customer support for SAP software issues. As a Realtor and Vice President at Century 21 Sunshine Realty, along with the role of Property Manager at Century 21 Sunshine Property Management, responsibilities include representing clients in property transactions and overseeing the management of over 100 residential properties. Previous roles include Community Programmer for the City of Show Low, Assistant Store Manager at Walmart, and an internship at Walt Disney World where guest relations were key. Michael holds a B.S. in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership from Brigham Young University and an AA in General Studies from Eastern Arizona College.
