Kaitlin Keelan Scimeca has worked for several companies in various roles. Kaitlin began their career at Apple in 2011, where they served as a Family Room Specialist. In 2013, they moved to Support Technology as a River Edge Public Schools employee. In 2015, they joined AutoRemind as a Success and Support Manager. Kaitlin then moved to Envoy in 2018, where they were a Support Manager. Most recently, they joined Spruce Health in 2020, where they currently hold the roles of Senior Support and Practice Success and Support and Practice Success.

Kaitlin Keelan Scimeca's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware from 2007 to 2014, and a course in Irish Theirtory from American College Dublin in 2010. In addition, they have obtained a Product Management First Steps certificate from LinkedIn in October 2020, an Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT) certificate from Apple in January 2012, and a HIPPA Certificate from Accountable HQ in March 2022.
