Kelsey Passi is a professional with extensive experience in community relations and outreach. Currently serving as the Community Relations and Outreach Manager at Illinois Tollway since November 2020, Kelsey previously held the role of Community Relations Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to that, Kelsey worked as a Program Coordinator for the Southwest Conference of Mayors from September 2016 to November 2020, acting as the primary contact for local officials on transportation projects and representing the organization at various levels. Earlier experience includes roles as Accounting Coordinator at RKON Technologies and Administrative Assistant for the Village of Orland Park, along with a brief internship in casework at Guardian Angel Community Services. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Eastern Illinois University.
