Jennifer Okafor, CHRP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Culture & Recognition at Metrolinx, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager of People & Talent role at Public and Business Service Delivery, and various positions within the Ontario Public Service, where responsibilities involved human resources advisory and strategic planning. Jennifer has also held managerial roles in organizational planning at the Ontario Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries, and program delivery related to workplace discrimination and harassment at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Additional experience spans human resources consulting at the Ontario Science Centre, senior management at the Toronto International Film Festival, and national HR management at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Jennifer has a B.A. in Honours Sociology from The University of Western Ontario, complemented by education from Sheridan College and OISE at the University of Toronto.
