Cassaundra Rouse currently serves as the Executive Director of the Illinois Tollway, a position held since September 2022, where responsibilities include working with the Board to establish goals for transportation and economic development in Illinois. Prior experience at the Illinois Tollway from March 2015 to 2022 includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Implementation Officer, Chief of Administration, and Deputy Chief of Staff, each focused on enhancing business processes, managing operational initiatives, and overseeing administrative functions. Prior to this, Cassaundra Rouse held the title of Chief of Internal Audit from 2012 to 2015, providing recommendations for compliance and performance improvements. Cassaundra Rouse earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University.
