Jean-Philippe SZYMCZAK is an experienced professional in supply chain and procurement management, currently serving as the Procurement & Logistics Manager at Exxelia since July 2021. In this role, Jean-Philippe manages a team responsible for unloading, storage, production line feeding, shipment, and inventory counting, supporting the supply of 20,000 references across three production plants in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Previous experience includes a Supply Chain Manager position at Pyroguard and a lengthy tenure at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities spanned procurement, planning, logistics, and quality management. Jean-Philippe holds a Master of Sciences and Technologies in Management and Organisation of Industrial Systems from Université de Metz, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Management and a Diploma of Higher Education in Mechanical and Automated Production.
