Ray Picl, Jr., PMD, CIPM ™ has over three decades of experience in IT management, specializing in project management and systems modernization. Currently, Ray serves as the Manager of the Insurance Systems Modernization Program Management Office at Illinois Mutual since September 2014. Previously, Ray held the position of Sr. Manager at MOM Brands, overseeing the IT PMO and initiating the company’s first PMO. Ray has also managed IT supply chain systems, logistics systems for the Aerospace & Defense Division at Caterpillar Logistics, and served as an IT consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Additionally, Ray held various IT roles at BP Amoco, where significant contributions included supervising a major technical support team. Ray holds a BS in Computer Science from Bradley University.
