Donna Bryden is the Chief Human Resources Officer of SCM Insurance Services, having assumed the position in August of 2016. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. As a member of the Executive Team, Donna leads the people and internal communications strategy across the SCM Group of Companies.

Prior to joining SCM in July 2015, Donna held several positions of increasing responsibility and most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services within the Financial Services, Risk Management, and Insurance Industries. Donna has successfully worked with executives and management to execute innovative organizational strategies in the areas of culture, employer branding, employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development.

Donna is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Athabasca University, an international MBA offered jointly through Brown University and IE Business School, and completed the Directors Education Program with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, earning the ICD.D designation.
