Alora Duka is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at iKons since February 2018. Prior to this role, Alora worked at Marketflow from August 2015 to February 2018, where responsibilities included positions as a Human Resources Specialist and Compliance Specialist. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology obtained from the Faculty of Social Sciences between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, earned from 2011 to 2014.
